1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order enters processing, cancellation is no longer possible.

1.2 Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Any request made after shipment will be treated strictly as a return request and evaluated under the conditions below.

2. Strict Return & Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refund Cases (Limited)

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product is physically damaged upon arrival

  • The product is defective and non-functional upon delivery

  • The item received is incorrect

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, electrical issues, or voltage mismatch

  • Products with removed or damaged serial numbers or seals

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Digital services, installation services, or setup services (if applicable)

  • Delays caused by courier or customs clearance

2.3 Inspection & Final Decision

All returned products undergo a technical and physical inspection.
aura-smart-devices reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund or return request after inspection.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing time is 7–14 business days after approval

  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable

4. Warranty & Technical Support Priority

Where applicable, products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

In the event of a technical issue:

  • Technical support, repair, or replacement will be prioritized over refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible

5. Installation, Compatibility & User Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring electrical compatibility before purchase

  • Using professional installation where required

  • Following all safety and installation guidelines

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of support services

  • Submission of all relevant documentation to Stripe

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating any dispute.

7. How to Submit a Request

All requests must be submitted in writing and include:

  • Detailed explanation

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
